Balakumar Paramasivam is a seasoned professional in manufacturing operations with extensive experience in the fixtures and ceramics industry. Currently serving as Director & Leader Operations for the India Fixtures Plant at LIXIL IMEA since July 2022, Balakumar previously held multiple leadership roles at Kohler Co. from July 2013 to June 2022, including GM - Manufacturing Operations and Production Head - Vitreous Operations. Prior experience includes managerial positions at Roca India and a Graduate Engineering Trainee role at Murugappa Group, alongside a strong educational background with a B.Tech in Ceramics from Anna University Chennai.
