Bijoy Mohan

Bijoy Mohan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leading global business operations across multiple regions. Currently serving as the CEO of Lixil International since April 2015, Bijoy oversees Lixil's businesses in the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific, driving the expansion of renowned brands such as American Standard, Inax, Grohe, Tostem, and Cobra. Prior to this role, Bijoy was the CEO for the Asia Pacific division and previously held leadership positions at GROHE as President of Asia and Managing Director of India, where significant regional growth was achieved. Bijoy's earlier career includes a role as Marketing Director for Owens Corning and project management at Otis Elevators. Education was completed at St. Josephs from 1973 to 1982.
