Brian Misdom has extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Leader of Talent Management at LIXIL since March 2017. In this role, Brian develops and drives a global talent management strategy, oversees succession planning, and implements performance processes to cultivate a high-performance culture. Previous positions at LIXIL included strategic leadership roles focused on employee engagement, performance management, and talent development. Prior to LIXIL, Brian held positions at Metro-North Railroad, where responsibilities included test administration, selection and promotion assessments, and managing ADA accommodation requests. Brian earned a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State University.
