Esther Fung

Esther Fung is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in driving HR strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as Leader of Human Resources for Global Corporate Functions at LIXIL since November 2020, Esther has held several senior roles including overseeing HR for Communication, CTO, SATO, and Asia, and previously focused on the water technology sector in Greater China. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Grohe, supporting business growth across Hong Kong and China, and as Human Resources Manager at NetDimensions, managing comprehensive HR functions across multiple global offices. Earlier roles include Human Resources Manager at Art Concord Limited and Finance & Accounting Officer at TAG Heuer. Esther holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and a Certificate in Compensation & Benefits from the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management Ltd.
