Jin Montesano

Jin Montesano is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in public affairs and human resources. Currently serving as Director, Representative Executive Officer, and Chief People Officer at LIXIL since November 2014, Montesano has played a pivotal role in leading the company, which boasts notable brands like GROHE and American Standard, generating significant revenue globally. Prior to LIXIL, Montesano held several leadership positions, including Vice President of Global Public Affairs and Communications at GlaxoSmithKline Vaccines and Vice President of Corporate & Government Affairs for Asia Pacific at Mondelēz International.
