Kaushikmahadev Narayanan, known as Kaushik, is a highly experienced leader in operational excellence and process improvement, currently serving as the Leader at LIXIL since April 2023. His expertise encompasses standardization and process management in research and development (R&D), enhancing workflows, and driving innovation. Kaushik has held progressive roles, including Senior Manager and Senior Project Manager at LIXIL, and previously served in various capacities at SIG Group, focusing on strategic projects and project management optimization. A graduate of SASTRA University with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Kaushik has also obtained a Master's Degree in Global Production Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin and is pursuing an MBA at WHU | Columbia Business School | NUS Business School | IIM Bengaluru.
