Lisa Dell Antonia

Lisa Dell Antonia, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Leader, SR HRBP/Manager SCM, R&D and Regional Operations for the Americas at LIXIL since October 2020, where responsibilities include advising on people strategies and collaborating with global counterparts to achieve business objectives. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Lord + Taylor from February 2017 to March 2020, where Lisa managed HR functions for multiple stores, and as Director/Divisional Vice President of Human Resources at Macy's from 1994 to 1996, overseeing various HR initiatives. Earlier, Lisa worked as Benefits Manager at Bloomingdale's from November 1988 to October 1994, managing health and welfare plans for a large employee base. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Rutgers University - Newark.
