Raymond Heng

Raymond HENG is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and technology strategy across various industries. Currently serving as the Leader for IT/Digital at LIXIL, Raymond is responsible for driving digital initiatives in Asia Pacific and South Africa, while also leading technology direction as Vice President of Information Technology. Previously, Raymond held significant roles at AkzoNobel Decorative Paints, overseeing business information management and applications excellence in the Asia Pacific region, and at PPG Industries and SigmaKalon Group B.V., where responsibilities included SAP enterprise portal deployment and global IT service management. Raymond holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Bradford.
