Sal Gattone

Sal Gattone is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in global program management and engineering, currently serving as Vice President of Global Program Management, R&D at LIXIL International since January 2018. With a strong background in new product development and continuous improvement, Sal has led diverse teams across multiple regions, including Germany, China, and the United States, focusing on fixtures and fittings. Prior to LIXIL, Sal held key roles at American Standard Brands, overseeing engineering departments and new product initiatives within the fixtures category. Sal's earlier career includes engineering positions at Gerresheimer and Pilkington, where technical expertise in process optimization and production support was developed. Sal holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from Alfred University.
