Satoshi Konagai

Satoshi Konagai is a seasoned leader in supply chain management and global operations, with a significant tenure at LIXIL from June 2016 to March 2024, where responsibilities included leading Global Supply Chain Management and the Global Project Council while also overseeing Global Operation Excellence. Prior to LIXIL, Satoshi held various leadership roles at The Boston Consulting Group from January 2004 to June 2016, culminating in the position of Principal, and contributed to investment banking as an Associate at UBS Investment Bank from January 2001 to January 2004. Educational qualifications include an MBA from IMD Business School and a BA from Keio University.
