Marijke van Spaendonck has a diverse work experience. Marijke started their career as a Promoter at Pepperminds in 2014 and worked there until 2015. Marijke then worked as an Intern in Communication and PR at LVSC from September 2015 to January 2016. Following that, they worked as an Online Marketing Assistant at Creative Group from September 2015 to January 2016.

In 2017, Marijke joined PepsiCo as an Intern Shopper Marketing. During their time there, they were responsible for advertisements and POS material for various brands. Marijke also coordinated in-store tastings and provided training for the promotion team. Marijke evaluated activities and provided advice, and also supported other projects, including coordinating the "Share a perfect day" project to distribute Quaker samples.

In 2019, Marijke joined MediaCom as an AV Campaign Manager and worked there until 2020. In this role, they managed audiovisual campaigns.

In 2020, they joined VodafoneZiggo as a Discover Trainee Commercial B2C. Marijke worked there until 2021 and then transitioned to the role of Brand Manager. As Brand Manager, they ensured brand consistency for Vodafone, Ziggo, hollandsnieuwe, and VodafoneZiggo across all B2C and B2B touchpoints. Marijke produced brand guidelines and assets, kept the brand portal up-to-date, and inspired and supported colleagues to think like the brand.

Currently, Marijke is working at Lizard Global as a Product Owner, starting in May 2023.

Marijke van Spaendonck has a diverse education history. In 2006, they obtained their VWO-diploma from Koning Willem II college. Afterward, from 2012 to 2015, Marijke attended Radboud University, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communicatie- en informatiewetenschappen.

In 2014, Marijke pursued a minor in Ciencias sociales at Universidad de Salamanca for a brief period. Following that, they continued their studies at Radboud University, completing a Premaster in Business Administration from 2016 to 2017.

Continuing their education, Marijke obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Marketing from Radboud University between 2017 and 2018. Additionally, they hold two certifications - Lean Green Belt from Lean Management Instituut, obtained in April 2023, and Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org, obtained in August 2020.
