Ollie Fielding

Ollie Fielding has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.

In 2002, Ollie started their career as a Services Coordinator at The Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, where they developed operating room scheduling and reporting platforms, managed operating room capacity and staff allocation across four hospitals, and processed and analyzed laboratory tests.

In 2008, Ollie joined Rotamap Ltd as a member of the founding team, taking on multiple roles including Product, Accounts, and Strategy. They played a crucial role in growing the business from scratch to capture 80% of acute NHS trusts in the UK market. Ollie also led a team of over 20 people, ensuring the delivery, improvement, and support of product lines and company accounts.

In 2016, Ollie transitioned to pulseData as the Head of Product, a position they held until 2020. At pulseData, they focused on building machine learning apps to manage care pathways for health systems and insurers, prioritizing preventive action and cost-saving solutions.

In 2020, Ollie became the Head of Product at LifePod Solutions, where they primarily worked on product development until 2021.

From 2021 to 2022, Ollie worked as a Technical Consultant to Virtual Care at Commonwealth Care Alliance, collaborating with the organization to set strategy, evaluate tools, and analyze data to enhance members' engagement with their health through technology and digital services.

In 2021, Ollie also served as a Freelance Product and Technical Consultant before co-founding Lizzy Care in 2022, where they assumed the role of Cofounder and CEO. Lizzy Care aims to provide quality, thoughtful, and loving care along with evidence-based care management solutions for individuals with memory loss or in need of additional support.

Ollie Fielding attended the University of Cambridge from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a B.A. degree in History.
