Cristal Hernandez

Cristal Hernandez is an HR Onboarding Specialist at LJA, effective January 2024, and formerly served as a Recruiter Coordinator. Prior experience includes a role as a College Advisor at the Houston Independent School District from November 2022 to January 2024, where Cristal provided counseling on college readiness and organized college information sessions. Prior to that, Cristal worked at Crothall Healthcare from October 2019 to November 2022 as a Human Resources Generalist and previously as an HR Coordinator, focusing on full-cycle talent acquisition, payroll, employee relations, and safety compliance. Earlier experience includes serving as a Warranty Administrator at Group 1 Automotive from March 2015 to October 2019, managing customer service and warranty claims. Cristal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Houston-Downtown, completed in 2019.
