Jason Kelly

Jason Kelly is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and infrastructure development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at LJA since March 2003, Jason has held various positions including Vice President and Senior Project Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the design and construction of multiple master-planned communities in the Greater Houston Area, focusing on water, wastewater, drainage, and paving infrastructure. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at Jones & Carter, Inc. and Project Engineer with the City of Missouri City, Texas. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from McNeese State University, earned between 1991 and 1997.
