Joshua Wilcox

Joshua Wilcox is a Graduate Engineer III at LJA, having joined in August 2024. Prior roles include Project Engineer III at Bateman Civil Survey Company, where management of design and permitting for residential amenity sites was a key responsibility. Before that, Joshua served as Project Engineer II at Timmons Group, overseeing large-scale civil construction projects and leading a team of around 30 people. Additional experience includes designing civil projects for various sectors at Civil Design Concepts, PA, and holding positions at organizations such as the American Society of Civil Engineers and the United Nations, where leadership and fundraising initiatives were notable achievements. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Louisville, along with certifications in sustainability and green building.
