Sandy H. Stephens

Sandy H. Stephens, P.E. is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as Site Practice Leader and Associate at LJA Engineering, Inc. since June 2021. With a diverse career spanning over four decades, Sandy has held key roles including Middle Partner and Chief Recreation Officer at Stephens Brothers Land & Cattle since April 1972, as well as President and CEO of 7K Roping since December 2005, where proprietary technologies for the roping and rodeo industry were developed. Previously, Sandy was Vice President of Regional Operations at Cole & Associates from January 2011 to May 2021, with expertise in private land development, federal infrastructure project management, housing tax credit engineering consulting, and various other sectors. Sandy also managed the Land Development Division at KCI and served as Commercial and Multi-Family Division Manager at Jones|Carter, Inc. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, completed in 1996, and earlier studies at the University of Arizona from 1990 to 1992.
