Steve Martin, PE, currently serves as Senior Vice President at LJA since February 2024. Previously, Martin held the position of Vice President and US South Transportation Leader at EXP from May 2018 to February 2024. Martin has extensive experience with the Florida Department of Transportation, first as District Secretary - D-5 from January 2017 to April 2018 and earlier as Assistant Construction Engineer from July 1989 to December 2000. In addition, Martin worked at Atkins as Vice President and Senior Manager focused on transportation construction management from December 2000 to December 2016. Martin's military background includes 21 years as an Engineer Officer in the United States Army Reserve. Martin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University between 1985 and 1989.
