Thomas Kramer

Thomas Kramer, P.E., CSP, serves as the Managing Principal at LJB Inc. since May 1995, where a commitment to improving quality of life underpins the company's mission. Kramer holds professional engineering licenses in Ohio, Michigan, North Carolina, and South Carolina, alongside certification as a safety professional. In leadership roles at the American Society of Safety Professionals, Kramer has contributed as Vice President Finance, Director At Large, and Vice President of the Council on Professional Development, while also heading the ANSI Z359 National Work at Heights Task Force. As President of the International Society for Fall Protection since June 2010, Kramer has focused on reducing fall-related incidents globally. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Miami University and both a Master's and Bachelor's in engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Previous experience includes minority ownership at ZAPATA-LJB PLLC, participation in the Ohio Transportation Engineering Conference, and research at the University of Cincinnati.
