Declan Brennan

Declan Brennan is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor and Senior Cost Manager at L&K Partners Inc. since April 2011, specializing in pre and post contract cost control for commercial interior, infrastructure, and hospitality projects valued between $1 million and over $100 million. Prior to this role, Declan served as an Estimator and Project Manager at Anlar LLC from April 2010 to April 2011, focusing on high-end residential and mixed-use projects valued from $15 million to $80 million, as well as managing a restoration and stabilization project. Declan began their career as a Site Engineer and Quantity Surveyor at Killoe Properties from June 2004 to February 2010, overseeing construction site management for a large mixed-use development. Declan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Economics and Management from Technological University Dublin, completed in 2009.
