Paul Silber

Paul is a Founding Principal at Blu Venture Investors and also a member of the Baltimore Angels. Previously, he launched and grew In Vitro Technologies, Inc. for 15 years as President & CEO, leading to the successful sale of the company for $30M in 2006. He currently serves as Board Director or Advisor to Evergreen Advisors LLC, PathSensors, Inc., and The Biotechnical Institute of Maryland. Paul holds a Ph.D. in Toxicology and 5 patents. He has a proven track record of growing a successful B2B technology company from inception to sale, focusing on innovation, execution, and creation of a valuable brand. Paul is an investor in dozens of mid-Atlantic companies.
