Gordon Patterson

Gordon Patterson has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Their most recent role is Director Talent Acquisition at LKQ Corporation, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the University Recruiting & Relations Manager at Aptiv from 2021 to 2022. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Republic Services, starting as an Area Field Recruiter and later progressing to the role of Talent Acquisition Manager for emerging talent. During their time at Republic Services, they managed talent acquisition operations for various functions and designed a successful campus recruiting strategy resulting in increased hiring for the company's general manager pipeline.
