Sherwood T. is an accomplished legal and operations professional with extensive experience in both corporate law and management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at L&L Candle Company since March 2020, Sherwood has previously held the position of Associate General Counsel. Sherwood's legal career includes more than a decade at Chugh, LLP as Partner and Team Lead-Manager, as well as a Judicial Externship at Orange County Superior Court. Additional experience includes a role as a Summer Associate at Zhonglun W&D Law Firm. Academically, Sherwood holds a J.D. graduated cum laude from Chapman University Fowler School of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration graduated magna cum laude from USC Marshall School of Business.
