Delene Emick

Delene Emick is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in managing real estate portfolios and marketing within the industry. Currently serving as the Real Estate Manager at LL Flooring since October 2022, Delene previously held the position of Real Estate Portfolio Group Manager at Truist from May 2005 to April 2022. Earlier in the career, Delene worked at General Growth Properties from 1994 to 2000, focusing on marketing and leasing for regional shopping centers in Virginia and North Carolina, enhancing branding and facilitating leasing opportunities for various corporations and entrepreneurs. Delene holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Brandon University.
