Clark Haman

Clark Haman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in workers' compensation defense litigation. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Llarena Murdock Lopez and Azizad, APC since August 2019, Clark previously held the position of Shareholder at LeClairRyan from October 2017 to August 2019. Notably, while serving as Vice President of Claims Litigation at Patriot National Insurance Group from November 2012 to April 2016, Clark established a national in-house legal department and managed all litigation aspects of workers' compensation claims. Prior to that role, Clark served as Managing Attorney at Zenith Insurance Company, overseeing a litigation department and collaborating closely with other departments. Clark's experience also includes positions as a trial attorney at the Law Office of Parker Kern Nard & Wenzel and Mullen & Filippi, as well as an associate attorney at Emerson, Corey & Barsotti. Clark earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from San Joaquin College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from CSU Fresno.
