Javier Serra Parajes

Javier Serra Parajes has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Javier started their career at Iberdrola Engineering and Construction as an Engineering Technician from September 2004 to February 2008. Then, they joined Enagás as a Maintenance Engineering Technician from March 2008 to November 2012, where they were involved in policy development and implementation of maintenance management models. From December 2012 to March 2016, Javier worked as an Asset Management Technician at Enagás, focusing on developing an Asset Management Model and implementing processes such as criticality analysis and Reliability Centered Maintenance. Javier then took on the role of Improvement Coordinator on Technical Services at Enagás from April 2016 to February 2018, where they coordinated the area of improvement and development. Currently, Javier is working as the Head of Maintenance Management & Analysis at Enagás, a position they have held since February 2018. In addition to their work at Enagás, Javier is also a co-founder and involved in business development at Gas2Move since July 2017.

Javier Serra Parajes has a comprehensive education history as follows:

From 1999 to 2004, they attended Universidad Carlos III de Madrid where they obtained a degree in Ingeniero Técnico Industrial.

In 2008 and 2009, Javier pursued further education at Instituto Superior Energía (Centro Superior Formación Repsol) and completed a Master's in Gestiόn Mantenimiento with a field of study in industrial engineering.

In 2014, they engaged in an Executive Development Program (PDD) at IESE Business School.

At the same time in 2014, Javier attended Universidad de Sevilla for Formación Superior en Ingeniería y Gestión de Mantenimiento, further widening their understanding in the field.

Finally, from 2005 to 2015, they returned to Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and specialized in Ingeniería Industrial.

Javier Serra Parajes also holds a certification in "Big data con un café" from LinkedIn, which they obtained in January 2022.
