Alexis Konstant Mahlen

Alexis Mahlen is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and property management. Currently serving as a Broker Associate at Lloyd Companies since January 2015, Alexis specializes in developing and negotiating the sale, lease, and marketing of commercial properties while overseeing over 100 listings and conducting market research to attract retail, office, and industrial clients. Prior to this role, Alexis was a State Registered Real Estate Appraiser at Konstant and Klein Appraisals, where responsibilities included performing property appraisals and adhering to professional standards. Earlier experience includes serving as a Property Administrator at Konstant Properties, managing residential properties in Spearfish, South Dakota. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of South Dakota and has international experience from Richmond, The American International University in London.
