Tina M. Lemieux

Tina M. Lemieux, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Lloyd Companies since September 2022, after holding the position of Human Resources Manager. Prior to this role, Tina worked as an Employee Experience Strategist at The First National Bank in Sioux Falls in 2022. Tina's experience in human resources includes a significant tenure at Select Specialty Hospital from 2017 to May 2021, where responsibilities ranged from Human Resources Coordinator to Senior Director of Human Resources. Tina holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from North Dakota State University.
