Ty Embrey

Ty Embrey is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in environmental law and governmental relations. Currently serving as a Shareholder at Lloyd Gosselink Rochelle & Townsend, P.C. since January 2003, Ty Embrey specializes in providing legal counsel and regulatory compliance for clients including groundwater conservation districts, water supply corporations, and investor-owned utilities. Prior experience includes roles as General Counsel for the Texas Senate Natural Resources Committee, General Counsel for State Senator J.E. Buster Brown, and Legislative Aide to State Representative Beverly Woolley. Ty Embrey holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a law degree from Baylor University School of Law.
