Eric H. Oppenheim, SHRM-SCP SPHR, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Firm Administrator and Chief Operating Officer at Lloyd, Gray, Whitehead & Monroe, P.C., Eric oversees all firm operations, including strategic and daily activities, finance, human resources, and technology. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer of Pizitz Management Group, Eric managed the largest independent franchise group for several well-known brands, achieving significant revenue and EBITDA growth. Eric also founded EROP, Consulting Strategies, LLC, offering strategic management and organizational development support to businesses. Their tenure at Republic Foods, Inc. included roles as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, focusing on retail operations and franchise compliance. Eric holds an MBA in Organizational Development and Human Resources from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, and has also studied at The Wharton School of Business and Ithaca College.
