Shivani Gupta

Shivani Gupta is a Contract Attorney at Lloyd & Mousilli. Shivani has an extensive background in corporate transactional work and intellectual property.

Shivani has counseled countless companies through their start up ventures and guided hundreds of clients in forming and building their IP portfolios. Shivani also spent several years prosecuting patents and trademarks. She has worked at large law firms in Washington DC and Boston, as well as a small IP boutique in Virginia.

She earned a bachelors degree in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park in 2000 and her law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston in 2006. Shivani is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and also the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
