Darcy Hale

Darcy Hale is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Commercial Lines Team Lead at HUB International since August 2025. Previously, Darcy held various roles at Lloyd Sadd, including Team Lead and Commercial Account Manager/Mentor to new staff. With a background that includes positions such as Commercial Account Manager at HUB International, Risk Advisor at Rural Municipalities of Alberta, and Broker at Foster Park Baskett Insurance, Darcy has developed extensive expertise in risk management and commercial insurance. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts degree in progress from the University of Waterloo, a Certified Risk Management designation from the University of Alberta, and prior education at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
