John Federico

John Federico is a seasoned insurance professional currently serving as a Senior Advisor and Partner at Lloyd Sadd since November 2023. Prior to this role, John spent nearly two decades at Gallagher, starting in 2005 as an Accounts Executive and progressing to a Level II Insurance Broker, where expertise included assessing client needs and promoting various insurance coverages. John’s efforts contributed to significant multi-million-dollar revenue growth and the implementation of successful commercial insurance sales programs. From 2005 to January 2020, John also held the position of Vice President at Jones Brown Inc, a Gallagher Company. John holds a Business Administration Management Diploma from Okanagan College, earned between 1988 and 1991.
