Kim Watson

Kim Watson, FCIP, CRM, is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in claims handling and risk management. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Lloyd Sadd Insurance Brokers Ltd. since June 2022, Kim previously held roles at The Co-operators, including West Unit Specialist and Casualty Claims Adjuster from March 2018 to June 2022, and as a Bodily Injury Claims Representative from June 2007 to October 2017, where responsibilities included investigating, negotiating, and settling bodily injury claims. Prior experience also includes a leadership position at TD Insurance, where team management and client service culture development were key responsibilities. Kim holds a Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada, as well as a Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation from the Alberta School of Business at the University of Alberta.
