Lori Sin-Rossini, CSP has extensive work experience in recruitment and human resources. Lori began their career as an HR Generalist at St Charles Hospital in 1989, where they worked until 1994. In this role, Lori gained valuable experience in all aspects of HR management.

Following their time at St Charles Hospital, they joined Lloyd Staffing in 1994 as the Director of Research and Recruitment. In this role, they led a team responsible for recruiting candidates at all levels and in various industries across North America. Lori's expertise lies in targeting passive candidates and conducting searches for Healthcare, Life Sciences, Non-Profit, Human Resources, Strategic Leadership, and Executive positions. Lori is skilled in cold calling, competitive intelligence, sourcing, pipeline development, and referral techniques through social media networking sites.

Lori Sin-Rossini, CSP began their education at Comsewogue High School from 1980 to 1984. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from St. Joseph's University New York, which they obtained from 1985 to 1989.
