Kelly Huxley-Roberts is an experienced professional in social policy and community development, currently serving as the Wales, Policy and Partnerships Lead at the Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales and a Non Executive Director at the Institute of Welsh Affairs. Previous roles include Lead for People, Campaigns and Learning, and Community Organizer at TCC (Trefnu Cymunedol Cymru), and Participatory Researcher at The Y (YMCA), where research findings on homelessness were presented at an international conference. Kelly has also contributed to women's economic empowerment projects in rural Eswatini with COSPE Onlus and coordinated peer education programs at Move On, earning recognition for innovative mentoring work. With a background in cross-cultural project management through International Service UK and educational qualifications from the University of Glasgow and the University of St Andrews, Kelly has a strong commitment to advocacy and community engagement.
