Rachel Marshall

Rachel Marshall currently serves as the Manager for Wales at Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales, where responsibilities include advocacy for small charities, managing long-term funding, and influencing policy across the Welsh voluntary sector. Previous experience includes a voluntary trustee position at Plunkett Foundation and a role as Business and Enterprise Manager at Development Trusts Association Wales, focused on generating new income streams. Rachel has also worked as an Event Manager for British Cycling, Business Development Manager for Shelter Cymru, and held various positions at Cardiff County Council, Work West, sportopps.com, and Lincolnshire County Council. Rachel holds a Master of Arts degree in European Studies from the University of Aberdeen.
