Jessica Phillips-Harris

Jessica Phillips-Harris is a skilled professional with extensive experience in management and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Wales at the British Business Bank since October 2022, Jessica previously held the position of Innovation and Enterprise Manager at Tramshed Tech from July 2019 to September 2022. Jessica's background includes working as a Research Consultant at Miller Research (UK) Ltd from February 2015 to June 2019 and as a STEM Ambassador for STEM net from February 2014 to February 2015. Jessica also contributed as a Teaching Assistant and Cover Supervisor at Staffroom Education, and as a Teaching Assistant at Affinity Education Limited from 2010 to 2015. In terms of education, Jessica earned a PgCert in Sustainable Leadership and CMI Level 7 Leadership and Management in Organizational Leadership from Cardiff Metropolitan University, alongside a Master of Science in Social Science Research Methods and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from Cardiff University.
