Carlos Velosa is an experienced professional in the field of information technology risk management and service transition. Currently serving as an Information Technology Risk Manager and formerly as an IT Service Transition Manager at Lloyds Banking Group, Carlos has also held roles as an IT Change Manager and IT Support Analyst at Halifax. Presently, Carlos is pursuing a Senior Compliance and Risk Specialist Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship in Banking and Finance at the Institute for Apprenticeships & Technical Education, which began in October 2023.
