Ed Bainbridge

Ed Bainbridge is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in the banking and digital entertainment sectors. Currently serving as the Design Lead and Head of Design Operations at Lloyds Banking Group since 2014, Bainbridge has played a pivotal role in establishing the Advanced Design Group, focusing on futurology and service design. Previously, Bainbridge held various senior roles at The Walt Disney Company, including Vice President for Digital Experiences, overseeing a large cross-functional team, and Director of European Production, responsible for setting up a production department from scratch. Additional experience includes founding The Digital Beanstalk, managing teams at Eidos and Activision, and early roles at Sega and the JET Teaching Program. Ed Bainbridge holds a BA with distinction in French and Italian from the University of Leeds.
