Elizabeth Ziegler possesses extensive experience in the banking sector, particularly in fraud and financial crime management. Currently serving as the Director of Fraud and Financial Crime for the Retail Bank at Lloyds Banking Group, Elizabeth has also held significant roles including Head of Strategic Relationships in Customer Services and Customer Communications Value Stream Product Owner. Prior to this, Elizabeth held the position of Senior Manager for Change & Integration at Lloyds TSB International Retail Banking and contributed to strategic initiatives as a Strategy Manager at Lloyds Banking Group.
