Emily Cleaves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business support, currently serving as a Business Services Support Manager for the Group Transformation Team at Lloyds Banking Group since March 2012. Emily has successfully taken ownership of various management information activities, previously developed the role of Business Support Manager to the Chief Operating Office Director, and provided critical governance support for multiple high-value projects. Prior to Lloyds Banking Group, Emily held various roles at Hbos Plc, including Project Analyst and Project Manager, where significant contributions were made in project governance and stakeholder management.
