Snehajith Allath (Jithu) is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources and general services across various sectors, particularly in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Business Support Organization and Services Manager at Saipem since October 2022, Jithu oversees HR, ICT, health, security, and general services for PT Saipem Indonesia, including significant projects like the Tangguh LNG Expansion. Prior to this role, Jithu contributed to the successful execution of the Tangguh Expansion project as the Business Support & General Services Manager at Saipem from March 2019 to March 2022 and led HR functions at Eram Group from November 2014 to February 2019. With a Doctorate in Management Studies (DMS) and certifications in international leadership, Jithu possesses a robust educational background complemented by a history of HR management in various challenging environments.
