Fiona Boyle

Fiona Boyle is an experienced professional with a robust background in performance and cost management within the banking sector. Since joining Lloyds Banking Group in July 2008, Fiona has held various positions, including Performance & Cost Management Assistant Manager, Rectifications & Business Change Manager, Customer Journey Lead, and Colleague Performance Manager. Prior to this, Fiona worked at HBoS from May 2003 to June 2008 as a Manager. Fiona holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from Heriot-Watt University, which was completed between 1999 and 2003.
