Harsh Vekaria

Harsh Vekaria is an experienced leader in organisational culture and development, currently serving as the Group Head of Culture Transformation at Lloyds Banking Group since September 2025, where efforts focus on enterprise-wide cultural evolution. Previously, Vekaria held the role of Global Head of Organisational Culture and Leadership Development at TikTok/ByteDance from March 2021 to September 2025, shaping culture and aligning people strategies with business performance. Additional experience includes serving as Director of TikTok UK and European Subsidiaries, and holding various positions at Facebook, including Learning and Development Lead for EMEA and International Head of New Hire Onboarding.
