John McAlenney

John McAlenney, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience in corporate banking. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Credit at Lloyds Banking Group since September 2009, John leads credit analysis for the Industrials and Technology, Media, and Telecom portfolios. Previous experience includes the role of Vice President in Credit at Lloyds, where responsibilities focused on investment-grade corporate banking, financial analysis, and sector risk assessment. Prior to Lloyds, John worked at Bank of Scotland as Vice President of Corporate Banking, managing leveraged syndicated loan participations and conducting detailed credit analyses. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Lehigh University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
