Lord Lupton

Lord Lupton has extensive international corporate experience having advised UK and international companies on a wide variety of major transactions and brings broad experience to the Board. He co-founded the London office of Greenhill & Co., in 1998 and was Chairman of Greenhill Europe until 19 May 2017. He became a life peer in October 2015 and is a former Treasurer of the Conservative Party. He served on the House of Lords Select Committee on Charities.
