Louisa King

Louisa King is an experienced professional in the field of risk management and compliance, currently serving as the Conduct, Compliance and Operational Risk Director at Lloyds Banking Group since September 2023. Previously, Louisa held the position of Group Chief Risk Officer at Embark Group from April 2022 to September 2024, and served as Chief Risk Officer at James Hay Partnership from June 2018 to April 2022, where additional responsibilities included Director of Risk and Compliance and Head of Compliance. Earlier roles include Head of Compliance at Phoenix Group (November 2016 - June 2018) and AXA Wealth (January 2012 - November 2016), where Louisa also acted as Head of Risk for Bancassurance. Louisa began the career at Royal Bank of Scotland Group as a Senior Regulatory Risk Manager from June 2010 to January 2012.
