Mark Sim is a Senior Risk Manager with 16 years of experience in Risk Management, focusing on Operational Risk, Technology Risk & Controls, and Supplier Management. Currently serving as the Upper Manager of Third Party and Programme Risk at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Mark conducts Technology Risk and Control Assessments while promoting a strong Risk Management Culture across major Technology Programmes. Their extensive background includes roles at Lloyds Banking Group, Tesco Bank, and HBOS, where they worked on various projects related to regulatory compliance and change management.
