Nathaniel Peat, BEng(Hons), MSc, is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in social enterprise, business advisory, and education. As Patron and Co-Founder of the EY Foundation, Nathaniel plays a crucial role in supporting disadvantaged young people in their career aspirations. Alongside this, Nathaniel serves as a member of the Black Business Advisory Board at Lloyds Banking Group and is the Founder of The Safety Box CIC, a social enterprise focused on youth crime diversion. Nathaniel's entrepreneurial spirit is evident through the co-founding of GeNNex Elite, which specializes in renewable technology, as well as their leadership as Chairman of Jamaicans Inspired®, an organization promoting opportunities for the Jamaican diaspora. With a background in international speaking and business coaching, Nathaniel has also contributed as a news contributor for the BBC, focusing on youth-related issues. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Advanced Manufacturing Systems Engineering and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University London, complemented by professional pilot training.
