Dr. Kaushik Ghosh Sphri

Dr. Kaushik Ghosh SPHRi currently serves as Senior General Manager HR at Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd, where responsibilities include designing agile workforce planning frameworks and leading organizational redesigns. Prior to this, Dr. Ghosh worked as Senior HRBP at efficiently, enhancing organizational effectiveness and leading various HR initiatives. From October 2019 to October 2023, Dr. Ghosh was the Group Talent & OD Manager at BNB GROUPE, focusing on change initiatives, talent management, and performance management. Experience also includes a role as Senior Human Resources Manager at OMTM and Assistant Manager Human Resources at Newby Teas. Dr. Ghosh holds a PhD in Human Resources Management from IIBMS and an MBA from Punjab Technical University.
